AVIS ISLAND GROUPER

An avis island grouper is loaded with appetizing ingredients like boneless grouper fillet, smoked bacon, superfine flour and other flavorings. Every piece marks to all eaters because of its mouth-watering taste. Preparing this dish is really fast and simple that will only last for 20 minutes.

15 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Preheat a grill pan over medium heat until very hot. Lightly dust both sides of the fillets with the flour and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the bacon to the pan and cook until the fat starts to turn glassy . Remove the bacon from the pan and discard.
  • Add the fillets and cook for about 5- 7 minutes, or until golden.
  • Turn and cook for another 5 minutes. Transfer to warm plates and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 skinless, boneless grouper fillets (about 6 ounces each) or other firm white fish fillets
  • 1 tablespoon superfine flour (such as Wondra)
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper ( to taste )
  • 2 slices smoked bacon
