GRILLED PORK WITH SAGE & LEMON

Preparation Method :
- Sauté the sage in the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat until crisp, about 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- Sauté the pork in the sage-flavoured oil until cooked, 5 minutes on each side. Set the pork aside in a warm oven.
- Add the butter, garlic, chicken stock, and asparagus to the pan. Bring to a boil then simmer until the asparagus is tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the asparagus to serving plates. Top with the pork and drizzle with the pan juices. Garnish with the lemon zest and sage. Serve hot.
