KOREAN BEEF SATAY

- Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a glass bowl.
- Add the beef cubes blend them thoroughly in the satay mixture and set on one side for 4 hours.

- 150 ml soy sauce
- 100 ml peanut oil

- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 4 tablespoons peanuts, completely crushed
- 3 tablespoons clear warmed honey
