COWBOY PORTERHOUSE STEAK WITH GREEN PEPPERCORN SAUCE

Cowboy poterhouse steak with green peppercorn sauce – an excellent grill recipe for everyone! This special dish is extremely best for all families because of its healthy and mouth-watering ingredients. With its green peppercorn sauce, you will surely love its every bite.

25 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Pat the steak dry with a paper towel. Season each side with salt and pepper to taste and let stand at room temperature, covered for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat a grill pan over medium heat until very hot. Place the steak in the pan and cook without moving until seared and nicely browned on one side, about 5 - 10 minutes.
  • Turn the steak and cook for 5 more minutes for medium rare or until the center of the steak springs back when pressed.
  • Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let rest for about 5 minutes.
  • Spoon the Green Peppercorn Sauce on top and Serve immediately on warm plates.

INGREDIENTS

  • Porterhouse steak (about 1 ½ pounds), 1 inches thick
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Green Peppercorn Sauce
