CHICAGO CUT PORK CHOPS WITH CALVADOS CHUTNEY

Preparing Chicago cut pork chops with calvados chutney is extremely fast and easy. Every piece is packed with tasty ingredients and perfect aroma that attracts every eater and cook. With its calvados chutney, you and your friends will definitely enjoy every serving.

10 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Preheat a grill pan over medium heat until very hot. Season both sides of the chops with salt and pepper.
  • Add to the pan and cook for about 5- 6 minutes. Turn and cook for another 5 minutes more or until the centers of the chops spring back w hen pressed.
  • Transfer to warm plates and top with Calvados Chutney.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Chicago-cut pork chops, cut at least 1 inch thick
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼  teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • Calvados Chutney
