Beef teriyaki – have this in an instant! With its simple cooking procedure and simple ingredients, you will definitely enjoy this dish right away. This excellent menu is made up of palatable ingredients like sweet sherry, soy sauce, soft brown sugar and fresh coriander.

Preparation Method :
- Make the Teriyaki Sauce in a large glass bowl and place the sirloin pieces in the bowl.
- Blend them thoroughly and refrigerate it for a day.
- About two hours before barbecuing, remove the meat from the fridge and let it be at room temperature.
- Thread the chunks onto bamboo skewers pre-soaked in water for 15 minutes and cook.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg sirloin of beef, cut into 5cm (2 inch) x 10cm pieces
For the Teriyaki Sauce
- 200 ml sweet sherry
- 200 ml soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soft brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
