BEEF STEAK TOMATO RED ONION SALAD

Beef steak tomato red onion salad – perfect dish your food cravings! This dish makes you feel satisfied right after you taste it. Even chefs are longing to eat this because of its healthy and perfect ingredients like lettuce, blue cheese and other special seasonings.

Preparation Method :

Preheat a grill pan over medium heat until very hot. With a pastry brush, lightly coat the tomato and reel onion slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Add to the pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Place lettuce halves on plates. Top each with grilled tomatoes and onions and sprinkle with the cheese.

1 medium red onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices

¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 head of romaine lettuce, washed, dried, trimmed, and halved lengthwise
150 grams crumbled blue cheese
