BEEF SATAY

Beef satay is perfectly made to end up your food cravings. This dish is one of a kind and truly fits to your daily menu preferences. It is mix with grilled beef, honey, and other tasty ingredients. With its chili powder, every meat absorbs its spicy and palatable flavorings.

Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a large glass bowl.
  • Add the cubes of beef, blend them thoroughly in the satay mixture and set on one side for 3 hours.
  • Thread 4 cubes of beef onto each bamboo skewer pre-soaked in water for 15 minutes and barbecue to your taste.
  • Pour the marinade into a saucepan, heat gently and pour into a bowl so that you can dip the beef satay into the sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 670 grams sirloin of beef, cut into 2.5cm cubes

For the Satay Sauce

  • 150 ml soy sauce
  • 100 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 100 ml fresh lime juice
  • 4 shallots, peeled and finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon curry paste or powder
  • 3 tablespoons clear honey, warmed
