BEEF & LOBSTER TAIL TERIYAKI

This beef and lobster tail teriyaki is cooked with teriyaki sauce and other added ingredients. This dish is extremely easy to prepare and ingredients are cost-effective. You can have this menu in an instant without spending a lot of time in preparing.

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Take Teriyaki Sauce in a large glass bowl and place the beef pieces and lobster tail in the bowl.
  • Blend them thoroughly and refrigerate it for a day.
  • About two hours before barbecuing, remove the meat from the fridge and let it at room temperature.
  • Thread the beef and lobster tail alternately onto bamboo skewers pre-soaked in water for 15 minutes and barbecue or grill for 3 minutes on each side.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams sirloin of beef, fat and gristle removed
  • 450 grams sliced lobster tail
  • 450 grams shallots, peeled
  • 1 quantity Teriyaki Sauce
