BEEF KABOBS WITH ASIAN MARINADE

Beef kabobs with Asian marinade – start to explore its wonderful taste! This special grilled recipe is loaded with appetizing elements that enhance its flavorings and taste. With its Asian marinade, the dish looks more enticing and mouth-watering that everyone will truly love.

Preparation Method :

  • To make the marinade: Stir together the sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes with a baking dish.
  • Add beef, mushrooms and bell peppers to the marinade, turn to coat all the ingredients evenly.
  • Cover and let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour or in the refrigerator for about 5 -6 hours, thread each skewer, alternating pieces of beef, mushrooms, and bell peppers.
  • Preheat a grill pan over medium heat until very hot. Cook the skewers for 5 minutes, turn and cook 5 minutes more. Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 60 grams low-sodium soy sauce
  • 50 grams rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 250 grams boneless beef steak, cut in l-inch cubes
  • 6 large button mushrooms, wiped clean and quartered
  • ½ red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ½ yellow bell pepper, cored, seeded, and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 15 minutes
