THAI GRILLED PEPPER CHICKEN

Chicken fillets rubbed with Thai Barbeque Marinade and refrigerating it to fully absorb the flavouring gives the dish a flavoursome taste. If you want to, you can garnish this with cucumber slices and tomato wedges and served with a crisp green salad or boiled rice.

1 hour

Preparation Method :

  • Wash and dry the chicken fillets, trimming off any visible fat. Lightly score the surface.
  • Rub Thai Barbecue Marinade over the chicken and allow to stand for a couple of hours before cooking, or cover well and refrigerate overnight.
  • Cook the chicken on a barbecue over glowing coals or under a preheated grill for about 5 minutes each side, or until well browned.
  • Garnish, if you wish, with tomato wedges and cucumber slices. Serve with boiled rice or a crisp green salad.
