STUFFED CHICKEN ROAST
This delectably stuffed chicken recipe will definitely be added to your chicken meal favorites. For more flavoring, apply ghee generously throughout the chicken and bake until it is already tender. Make sure to turn it over and brown all the chicken’s side for a much flavorful meal.

- Clean the chicken. Make a slit in the abdomen and scoop out the intestine, liver, etc., and wash.
- To prepare the stuffing soak the bread in milk. Boil the potato and mash. Mix all the ingredients with the liver, etc., cut up, and add salt and pepper. Now stuff the chicken with this preparation leaving a little space for the stuffing to expand when roasted. Truss the slit with a trussing needle and thread.
- Grind pepper and salt and apply all over the chicken. Tie the legs together. Tie the wings and neck on to the chest. Apply ghee liberally all over the bird and bake till it is tender. Turn over and brown all the sides.
- Carve and serve with the stuffing.

- 1½ kilogram Chicken
- 2 teaspoon pepper
- 200 ml ghee
For the stuffing
- 2 Potatoes
- 2 Onions
- 1" Piece ginger
- Salt to taste
- 2 Slice of bread
- 4 Green chilies
- Liver and heart of the chicken
- Little milk to soak the bread
