Preparation Method :
- Mix the garlic, turmeric, cumin, coriander, allspice and black pepper to taste in a large bowl.
- Add the lime juice or lemon juice, olive oil and yogurt and whisk until well combined.
- Add chicken and toss to combine. Set it aside to marinate at least for 5 hours, turning occasionally. Drain the chicken and reserve the marinade.
- Thread the chicken on skewers and cook on a hot barbecue or under a preheated grill, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade, for 5 minutes or until chicken is golden and cooked through. Serve with steamed rice.

- 750 grams boneless chicken breast fillets, cut into small cubes
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoon light olive oil
- 5 tablespoon natural yogurt
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon ground all spice
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
