SINDHI CHICKEN ROAST

With the real taste of sindhi chicken roast, no one ever forget its appetizing and juicy flavors. This dish is compacted with excellent seasonings that can enrich its savor and aroma. For those who desire to prepare this dish, all you need is to follow its cooking procedures.

Preparation Method :

  • Clean the chicken, make a slit in the abdomen and remove the offal.
  • Wash and rub salt all over and set aside.
  • Mean while mix all the ingredients for the stuffing and fill the cavity of the bird and secure with a skewer or trussing needle and thread.
  • Put the chicken in a baking dish, dot with butter and roast, basting the bird with the juices.
  • Carve into pieces, before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ kilograms tender chicken
  • Plenty of butter

For stuffing

  • 200 grams cooked rice
  • 100 ml curds
  • 3 tomatoes blanched
  • 2 boiled egg
  • 2 teaspoon green masala chopped
  • Salt to taste
