- Wipe the chicken with damp kitchen paper towels. Mix the soy sauce, sugar, salt and ginger and marinate the chicken in the mixture for 1 hour.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill (broil) until tender about 10 to 15 minutes each side.
- Mix the oil with the remaining marinade and brush the cooked chicken with the mixture, and then roll in the toasted sesame seeds.
- Serve with Stoved Potatoes and Cauliflower in Cream Sauce.
