- Preheat the oven. Separate the chicken wings into 3 pieces each. Discard the bony tip.
- Beat the egg with the milk in a shallow dish. Combine the flour, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste in a separate shallow dish.
- Place the breadcrumbs in another shallow dish.
- Dip the chicken pieces into the egg to coat well, then drain and roll in the seasoned flour.
- Remove, shaking off any excess, and roll the chicken in the breadcrumbs, gently pressing them onto the surface, then shaking off any excess breadcrumbs,
- Heat the oil in the preheated oven in a shallow roasting tin large enough to hold all the chicken pieces in a single layer.
- Arrange the chicken, skin-side clown, in the tin and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Turn and bake for a further 10 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and the juices run clear when a skewer is inserted into the thickest part of the meat.
- Remove the chicken from the tin and arrange on a large platter.
- Serve hot or at room temperature.

- 2 heaped tbsp plain flour
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 150 grams breadcrumbs
- 25 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- Salt and pepper
