HONEY SOY CHICKEN WINGS
Anyone who loves roasted chicken wings will surely find this recipe great for their taste. Roasting the marinated chicken wings while brushing it with the remaining marinade until it is glazed and brown only enhances its flavour further. Served with coriander leaves and rice makes this dish excellent for dinner or lunch.

Preparation Method :
- Wash and dry the wings, cut off and discard the wing tips. Combine all ingredients and marinate the wings for 1 hour.
- Place in a single layer in a roasting dish. Roast in preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes.
- Turn the wings over using tongs, brush with any remaining marinade and roast for further 20 minutes or until wings are brown and glazed.
- Serve warm, garnished with coriander leaves and accompanied by rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 kilogram chicken wings
- 4 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 teaspoons oriental sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
- ½ teaspoon five-spice powder
- Fresh coriander leaves
