This recipe is made up of deliciously flavored mash potato and roasted breast fillets and Poussin legs. Adding gravy, more lemon juice and cooking it in the oven for ten minutes will give the dish a more delectable taste and flavor.

Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven. Peel the potatoes and cook them in boiling water.
- Mash them with a Fork and stir in the butter, olive oil and the cream.
- Chop the Poussin legs and breast fillets and place them in the mini square casseroles with 50ml olive oil and some thyme.
- Roast in the oven until the skin is golden brown. Add a little lemon juice.
- Remove the meat and gravy from the mini square casseroles. Place the mashed potatoes in the mini square casserole, then a leg or breast and season to taste.
- Add more lemon juice and the gravy. Cook covered in the oven for 10 minutes.
