GARLIC CHICKEN KABOBS ON ROSEMARY SKEWERS

Preparation Method :

  • Strip the needle- shaped leaves from the bottom of each rosemary sprig to make a "skewer." Leave a bushy "top," .
  • Thread the chicken cubes on the skewers, place 1 roasted garlic clove between each two cubes. Season the skewers with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Preheat a grill pan over medium heat until very hot. Add the chicken kabobs and scatter the sliced lemon around the pan.
  • Grill for atleast 5 minutes on each side or until the chicken is firm. Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper. Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 10- 12 long, sturdy sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into l-inch cubes
  • 8 - 10 cloves Roasted Garlic 
  • Freshly ground pepper and Salt 
  • 1 lemon, sliced ¼ inch thick
