Preparation Method :
- Wipe the mushrooms but do not wash or peel them. Cut each bacon slice into 3 pieces. Cut each chicken liver in half.
- Take 4 kebab skewers, thread 1 mushroom on each. Alternate bacon, chicken livers and mushrooms on each skewer, finishing with a mushroom.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Tabasco, then brush with oil.
- Grill under medium heat for 6 minutes, turning the skewers frequently until the bacon and livers are completely cooked.
- Serve hot with salad.

- 20 mushrooms
- 8 lean bacon rashers, derinded
- 500 grams chicken livers
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Few drops of Tabasco
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
