BARBECUE BEANS AND CHICKEN

Preparation Method :
- Season the chicken legs with salt and the paprika and coat with the flour.
- Heat the oil m a frying pan and fry the chicken quickly until golden brown. Transfer to a medium casserole. Add the kidney beans.
- Melt the margarine in a small pan, add the onion and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the vinegar, chili powder and remaining paprika. Mix the tomato puree with the yogurt and add to the pan, stirring well to combine.
- Bring to the boil, and then pour the sauce over the chicken and beans. Cook in a preheated moderately hot oven for about 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately.

- 8 chicken legs, washed and dried

- 4 teaspoons paprika
- 3 tablespoon whole meal flour
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 750 grams red kidney beans, drained
- 100 grams margarine
- 2 onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 5 tablespoons tomato puree
- 150 ml plain low-fat yogurt
