STUFFED EGGS
No family reunion is complete without the presence of Stuffed eggs! This contains healthy ingredients including eggs, salt, tomato sauce, chilli sauce,and potatoes. Stuffed eggs is a very versatile dish since you can prepare it in any occasion. Why don’t you cook it now?

Preparation Method :
- Shell the eggs and cut each egg into 2 pieces, lengthwise.
- Remove the yoke and keep aside.
- Peel and mash the potatoes.
- Mix yokes of eggs to mashed potatoes, Add ginger, chili sauce, salt and pepper.
- Put this mixture in equal portions in the egg whites with the help of a spoon.
- Arrange the eggs on a serving tray. Sprinkle tomato sauce over each egg piece.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and then with the remaining mashed yolk.
- Serve hot.

- 10 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 small boiled potatoes
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 4 tablespoons minced coriander leaves
