PRAWN AND CUCUMBER EGGS

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the ingredients with the egg yolks, spoon back into the egg whites and garnish with prawns and fennel.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams cooked peeled prawns
  • 50 grams cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 2 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lemon mayonnaise
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • Fennel sprigs, to garnish
