Preparation Method :
- Trim the vegetables and break into equal-size florets. Place the florets in a steamer over a saucepan of boiling water and steam for 12 minutes, until just tender.
- Drain and toss in butter. Transfer to a heated serving dish.
- While the vegetables are cooking, mix together the lemon rind, crushed garlic and grilled breadcrumbs.
- Finely chop the eggs and mix together with the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle the chopped egg mixture over the cooked vegetables and serve at once.

- 6 tablespoon butter
- Finely grated rind of ½ lemon
- 2 large garlic clove, crushed
- 50 grams white breadcrumbs
- 3 eggs, hard-boiled
- Salt and ground black pepper
