EGG POTATO BALLS

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Grind the chopped palak, mint leaves, coriander leaves, coconut, lime juice, green chilly & salt into paste.
  • Take the boiled egg, cut it into half and keep aside.
  • Take the boiled/mashed potatoes and mix it with the paste and add salt as per taste.
  • Take the half portion of egg and the potato mixture and form a ball shape in such a way that one side the egg portion is visible and the other side the potato mixture.
  • Roll the balls in Bread Crumbs, then in the beaten egg, then once again in the Bread Crumbs. Now Deep fry the balls.
  • Serve hot with mint chutney or Tomato sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs Boiled
  • 3 potatoes
  • 100 grams finely chopped Palak
  • 50 grams Mint leaves finely chopped
  • 3 small finely chopped green chilli
  • 4 nos Garlic pods
  • ½ teaspoon Jeera
  • ½ teaspoon Lime juice
  • 3 tablespoon Coconut Grated
  • 100 grams Coriander Leaves
  • 100 grams Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg for coating
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • IDHAYAM Mantra peanut oil for frying
