Preparation Method :
- Cut a thin slice from the top of the rolls and pull out the soft bread inside.
- Brush rolls inside and out with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Melt the butter in a small pan and stir in the eggs and creamed add salt and pepper to taste. Pile the mixture into the rolls, and then bake in a preheated moderate oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.

- 50 gram butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 400 gram creamed mushrooms
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
