Preparation Method :
- Beat the egg yolks in a bowl with the sugar. Beat the egg whites to soft peaks in a separate bowl.
- Fold together the yolks and whites and pour into four heatproof glasses.
- Pour brandy into each heatproof glass.
- Top up the glasses with hot milk. Grate a little nutmeg over the top of each and serve at once.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 eggs, separated
- 3 tablespoon caster sugar
- 150 ml brandy
- 500 ml milk
- Freshly grated nutmeg
