Preparation Method :
- Deep fry the diced potatoes and toss it with salt and pepper powder. Keep aside.
- Now slice the boiled eggs into four halves, sprinkle salt and pepper on it and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and allow it to splutter.
- Add the red chilli paste, turmeric powder, salt and add onions and fry till golden brown.
- When done, add the fried potatoes and toss it well.
- Then add the eggs and toss it.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams Potato, diced
- 3 Boiled Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli paste (red chilli soaked in warm water and ground to fine paste)
- 3 Onions, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoon IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
- 200 grams cooking oil for deep frying
- Salt to Taste
- 1 teaspoon Pepper powder
