SCRAMBLED FISH & EGG

Preparation Time :

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper to taste. Melt the butter in a non stick pan and add the eggs. Cook, stirring, until nearly set. Fold in the fish, cream and mayonnaise.
  • Serve immediately, sprinkled with chives, with hot buttered toast and grilled tomato halves.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 eggs
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 50 grams butter
  • 400 grams fillet smoked fish, cooked and flaked
  • 4 tablespoons single cream
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Chopped chives to garnish
