SWEET PERSIAN BREAKFAST OMELETTE

Preparation Method :

  • Break the eggs into a large bowl, add the sugar and flour and beat until really frothy.
  • Heat the butter in an omelette pan until it begins to bubble, then pour in the egg mixture and cook, without stirring, until it begins to set.
  • Run a wooden spatula around the edge of the omelette, then carefully turn it over and cook the second side for 2 minutes until golden.
  • Serve hot or warm with thick slices of fresh bread and fruity jam.

  • 5 eggs
  • 4 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 2 teaspoon plain flour
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Bread and jam, to serve
