OMELETTE ROLLS WITH SPROUTS

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Slice one onion and finely chop the remaining two.
  • Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add the garlic and sliced onion and saute till translucent. Add the capsicum and saute for a minute.
  • Add the sprouts, dried herbs, chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns and salt and mix well. Divide the mixture into four portions.
  • Break two eggs in a bowl, add salt and beat well.
  • Heat one tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan; add a portion of the chopped onions and green chillies and saute for one minute.
  • Add the beaten eggs, stir and rotate the pan so that the eggsnspread evenly. Let the underside cook for a minute. Flip over and cook again for a minute.
  • Place the sprouts mixture on one side and top it with sev. Fold the other side over or roll up and serve immediately.
  • Similarly prepare the other omelette rolls from the remaining eggs.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs
  • 50 grams mixed sprouts, blanched
  • 50 grams sev
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 garlic cloves, chopped
  • ½ small green capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • ¼ teaspoon mixed dried herbs
  • ¼ teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • 2 black peppercorns, crushed
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons Cooking oil
