EGG CURRY

Preparation Method :
- Cook the garlic and onion in the oil until soft. Add the spices, black pepper and sesame seeds and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the salt, yogurt and lemon juice and cook for 5 minutes but do not let it boil.
- Add the tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes.
- Halve the eggs and add them to the sauce.
- Cook until heated through, and then serve with boiled rice or lentils and a green salad.

- 2 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM Groundnut oil
- 2 teaspoon each ground coriander and cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 300 ml plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
- 100 ml tomato puree
