Preparation Method :
- To begin with, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and glaze it with the butter paste.
- Now squeeze three large lemons to obtain lemon juice.
- Combine the sugar and lemon juice and smash the two together.
- Add the eggs and the salt and whisk together until the entire mixture is smoothly blended.
- Now combine the flour and baking powder in a sifter. Sift in ⅓ of that mixture into the frothy egg mixture and finally add the poppy seeds.
- Let it bake at 350 degrees F in the oven for around 50 minutes. When the top looks light to medium brown in colour, you know it's ready.
- Once you take it out of the oven and cool it for some 10 minutes, it is good to eat.

- 300 grams cake flour, loosely packed
