Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/ Gas 5. Roll out the pastry thinly and cut out eight rounds using a 7.5cm/3in cutter.
- Line deep patty or muffin tins with the pastry rounds, then line each with a small piece of greaseproof paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the paper and cook for a further 5 minutes or until the cases are crisp and dry.
- Spread a little tapenade or tomato paste in the base of each pastry case. Whisk together the egg, yogurt, milk, garlic, herbs and seasoning.
- Spoon carefully into the pastry cases and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the filling is just firm and the pastry golden. Allow the pies to cool slightly before carefully removing from the tins and serving.

- 5 tablespoon tapenade or sun-dried tomato paste
- 2 large eggs
- 200 grams thick Greek-style yogurt
- 7 tablespoon milk
- 2 garlic clove, crushed
- 3 tablespoon chopped mixed herbs, such as thyme, marjoram, basil and parsley
- Salt and ground black pepper
