BAKED EGG WITH HAM & TOMATO

Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven. Heat the oil in a saucepan and cook the leek for 5-6 minutes until soft.
- Place the leek in the bottom of a ramekin and top with the ham.
- Crack and pour in the egg, then top with the cheese and tomato.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until the egg is set.
- Remove the ramekin from the oven, leave to cool a little, wrap in a cloth and serve.
- Serve the sunshine toast with the mushrooms and tomato alongside.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 teaspoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- 1 Small leek, chopped
- 4 slices wafer-thin ham, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 50 grams Cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 slices tomato
