YOGURT DIP WITH FRESH HERBS
The Yogurt Dip with Fresh Herbs comes with delicate and delicious aroma that can motivate you to cook and eat the recipe. This is simply made of fresh herbs which contribute a lot in a delectable flavor of the dish.

- Line a colander or strainer with muslin and stand it over a bowl. Tip the yogurt into the muslin and tie it up with string so that it forms a bag.
- Lift it out of the colander and leave it to drain overnight, tying the string to a tap over a sink.
- The next day, tip the drained curds from the bag into a bowl. Beat until smooth, adding a little salt and pepper.
- Add the garlic and stir it in with most of the chopped herbs, reserving some to scatter over the top.
- Pile the mixture into a small dish, level off with a palette knife, and sprinkle the remaining herbs on top.
- Chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving.

- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1tablespoons chopped tarragon
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped chervil or parsley
