YOGURT BANANA WHIP

Serves :
4

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mash the bananas and place in a pan with the sugar and lemon juice.
  • Very slowly bring the mixture to the boil and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and leave to cool.
  • Stir in the nuts, ginger and yogurt.
  • Blend well together, then spoon into two individual serving dishes.
  • Just before serving, decorate with the chocolate vermicelli (sprinkles).

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 small bananas 
  • 80 gram brown sugar 
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 30 gram flaked almonds 
  • 2 teaspoons chopped stem ginger 
  • 150 ml / ¼ pint plain yogurt 
  • Chocolate vermicelli to decorate
