Preparation Method :
- Heat the cream with custard, coffee and coffee liqueur together until almost boiling. Remove pan from heat.
- Add chopped chocolate, stirring until chocolate melts. Cool and leave until starting to thicken, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon into small cups or glasses and chill at least for 2 hours to firm.
- Top with a spoonful of whipped cream, then sprinkle with grated chocolate and serve.

- 250 ml pouring custard
- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
- 2 tablespoon strong black coffee
- 150 grams milk chocolate, chopped
- 100 ml double cream
- Extra whipped cream and grated plain chocolate, to decorate
