BANANA WHIP

Preparation Method :

  • Add 3 tablespoons caster sugar and lemon juice and cook over medium heat, stirring until mixture starts to boil. Remove from the heat and cool in the refrigerator.
  • Beat the cream with 1 tablespoon powdered sugar till it forms firm peaks. Fold in the cooled banana pulp and put into two glasses.
  • Pour boiling water over the nuts. Allow to stand for two minutes, drain the water, add cold water and peel.
  • Finely slice the nuts and sprinkle over the glasses. Serve with a wafer.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 medium-sized bananas, peeled and mashed
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar 
  • 75 ml whipped cream
  • 3 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 5-6 pistachio nuts / almonds
