YOGURT FRUIT TRIFLE

Preparation Method :

  • Spread the jam over half of the trifle sponges, then sandwich together and place in the bottom of a large trifle bowl.
  • Pour the sherry all over the trifle sponges.
  • Place the strawberries over the sponges and spoon over the passion fruit.
  • Cover with the vanilla yogurt, decorate with the swirls of cream and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 450 ml vanilla-flavoured very low-fat plain yogurt
  • 100 grams strawberries, sliced
  • 150 ml sherry
  • 1 tablespoon low-calorie raspberry jam
  • 4 trifle sponges, halved
  • 4 ripe passion fruit, halved
  • 100 grams whipping cream
