STRAWBERRY TART

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Crush the biscuits. Mix with the melted butter, till it becomes moist.
  • Press the mixture on a pie mould. Refrigerate till firm.
  • Put strawberries in ½ cup water and add sugar. Keep to boil.
  • Allow the strawberries become soft but not too mushy. Retain a little water in the mixture.
  • Remove the pie base from the refrigerator. Put the strawberry mixture over it.
  • Refrigerate for 20 - 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

INGREDIENTS

Tart

  • 200 grams glucose biscuits
  • 50 grams butter
  • 6-inch loose bottom pie dish

Strawberry Filling

  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 150 grams strawberry, rinse and remove the caps
