- Make the jelly with a cup of boiling water, add 100 ml of orange juice. Allow to cool.
- Whisk in the cooled, melted chocolate and orange zest. Fold in the whipped cream and pour into the pastry case. Place in the fridge for about 2 hours.
- Decorate with either orange segments or grated chocolate. Serve with cream.
