ORANGE AND CHOCOLATE TART

Preparation Method :

  • Make the jelly with a cup of boiling water, add 100 ml of orange juice. Allow to cool.
  • Whisk in the cooled, melted chocolate and orange zest. Fold in the whipped cream and pour into the pastry case. Place in the fridge for about 2 hours.
  • Decorate with either orange segments or grated chocolate. Serve with cream.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams plain chocolate, melted
  • 150 ml double cream, whipped lightly  
  • 150 grams of orange jelly
  • Grated zest and juice of 2 large oranges, preferably Seville
  • 1 ready-made sweet pastry tart case
  • Orange segments or grated chocolate, to decorate
