Preparation Method :
- Sieve the flour and baking powder. Add salt and set aside.
- Cream the butter and sugar. Add the egg and mix well.
- Add the extract and sieved flour and mix together to form a soft dough.
- Place the dough in the fridge after wrapping in cling film for few hours to harden up.
- Place small balls of the dough in muffin moulds and press it in. Repeat with rest of the dough.
- Bake this in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or till golden brown.
- Remove from oven and cool for 20 minutes.
- Unmould and store in airtight containers.
- Pipe chilled ganache topping onto tarts.
- Top with fresh fruits and serve.
- For the ganache topping
- Melt dark cooking chocolate in a microwave for a minute.
- Boil fresh cream, mix into the chocolate mixture and stir till smooth.
- Refrigerate till firm.

- 100 grams white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 400 grams all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- Seasonal fruits for topping
For chocolate ganache topping
- 150 grams dark cooking chocolate
- 50 grams fresh cream
