BROWNIE TART WITH MANDARIN ORANGES

Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas mark 4.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring to combine.
- Remove from the heat. Stir in the sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Add the flour, baking powder and salt, stir until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9 inch tart tin and bake for 20-22 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
- Arrange drained tinned mandarin slices in concentric circles over the top of the cooled tart.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries in the middle and serve with whipped cream.

- 250 grams granulated sugar
- 100 grams unsweetened chocolate
- 75 grams plain flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 100 grams unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 300 grams drained tinned mandarin slices
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
