COFFEE SORBET

Coffer Sorbet is simply dependable and can guarantee it’s lavishly taste for a dessert-liker like you! No more hesitations as this is completely filled with skimmed milk powder, vanilla essence, hot water, fructose, egg whites and coffee powder! This is normally served for eight people so they can be completely satisfied!

Preparation Time :
3 hours 30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place the water in a bowl and stir in the skimmed milk powder, instant coffee, vanilla essence and sugar or fructose to taste. Stir well to mix.
  • Pour into a shallow rigid container and place in the freezer or freezing compartment of the refrigerator for 1 to 1½ hours or until the edges are frozen.
  • Whisk the egg whites until stiff. Beat the sorbet well, fold the egg whites into it and return to the freezer or freezing compartment for 1 hour, then beat again.
  • Return the sorbet to the freezer or freezing compartment and freeze for a further 1 hour.
  • Transfer to the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving in chilled individual glasses.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 liter hot water
  • 8 tablespoons skimmed milk powder 
  • 8 teaspoons instant coffee powder
  • 6 drops of vanilla essence 
  • Sugar or fructose to taste
  • 4 egg whites
