Preparation Method :
- For the pancakes, sieve refined flour, salt, baking powder, soda bicarbonate and sugar in a bowl. Add the grated mawa and mix.
- Add milk and mix well. Ensure that there are no lumps. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk.
- Heat the ghee in a pan. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread to a medium thickness. Cook till done on one side then flip and cook on the other side. Transfer onto a plate and set aside.
- For the filling, heat a kadai, add grated mawa, milk and powdered sugar and cook till soft. Add cardamom powder, pistachios and almonds and mix. Take the mixture off the heat.
- Place a pancake on a plate. Spread a little of the filling and roll. Make more rolls with the remaining batter and filling.
- Cut the rolls diagonally in the middle and serve hot.

- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 100 grams mawa, grated
- 300 ml milk

- 100 ml milk
- 15 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3 teaspoons green cardamom powder
- 50 grams pistachios, roughly chopped
- 50 grams almonds, roughly chopped
