CURD PUDDING

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the soaked china grass in half a cup of milk.
  • Boil the remaining milk stirring constantly. When boiled add the melted china grass to it.
  • Mix the sugar with the measured water. Keep the sugar mixture on fire. When it becomes golden brown remove it from fire.
  • Add the milk little by little. Again keep the mixture on fire and stir till the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Allow it to cool. When it is still warm add the well beaten curd and keep in fridge to set.

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 grams china grass, cut into small pieces and soaked for about an hour
  • 400 ml milk
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 50 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon well beaten curd
