CARAMEL CUSTARD PUDDING

Preparation Method :

  • Beat the eggs and keep aside.
  • Heat the milk and mix with the condensed milk. Allow the milk cool. Do not add hot milk to egg; it will curdle.
  • Add the sugar and whisk the beaten eggs into the cooled milk, Followed by the essence and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture on the caramelized sugar and bake in an oven till set for 40 minutes at 200°C / 400°F.
  • Sprinkle a little cinnamon or nutmeg powder on top.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs
  • 75 grams caramelized sugar
  • 400 ml condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 75 grams caster sugar
  • 800 ml milk
