CARAMEL CREAM

Preparation Method :

  • Add the sugar into a saucepan; stir constantly on slow flame, until the sugar dissolves and changes its colour pour in the boiled water and stir for about 10-12 minutes.
  • When it becomes a thick syrup remove from heat.
  • Melt the china grass in water and add it to the sugar syrup.
  • Boil the milk; stir it into the egg mixture. Return to fire and stir well when it starts thicken remove from fire and allow to cool.
  • Then add this to the caramel syrup. Pour this to a serving bowl.
  • Keep it in fridge to set. Serve it with nuts on top of it.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams sugar
  • 200 ml boiled water
  • 25 grams china grass, cut into small pieces and soaked for about an hour
  • 2 eggs, beat well with 2 tablespoon of sugar
  • 200 ml milk
