Preparation Method :
- Cut the bread into small cubes and put it in the base of a greased glass oven-proof dish. Sprinkle with some chocolate chips.
- Beat the eggs with the condensed milk for a few minutes till thick and creamy.
- Beat in the vanilla, then the melted and cooled butter and finally the milk. Pour the creamy milk mixture over the bread cubes.
- Make sure that all the cubes are covered with the milk mixture and let it rest for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C / 320°F for 1 hour or till set and golden brown. Serve warm.
